You can have a Hog Roast or barbeque with just some rolls and sauces or go the whole way with a selection of salads, potatoes and pastas from our sides menu. Using a wood or charcoal fired hog roast machine and barbeque, we offer the most wonderful aromas and smoky tastes just to your liking. You can see the delicious food being cooked as we do all our work on site with a selection of sides followed by some homemade desserts. We supply good quality, disposable plates and cutlery or if you prefer real porcelain plates and steal cutlery. Also, we bring all the necessary equipment to cook and serve you your delicious food. Barbecue, Catering
We barbeque on site with our years of experience on the grill leaving you free to relax and entertain your guests, in the knowledge that your food is being cooked to perfection. All our meats are marinated for 24 hours and cooked over charcoal, insuring a smoky, deep, rich flavour. Side salads are served buffet style so your guests can choose the salads they wish to eat then come to the grill to select their choice of meat.
